Know who owes you before you pick up the phone

Receivables ageing splits every customer's dues by how long they have been outstanding, straight from posted invoices and receipts, so you call the right customer about the right bill.

Profit

Profit on any day, not just at year end

Every invoice posts its cost of goods along with the sale, so the profit and loss statement is right on any day you open it, not only after the accountant catches up.

You get the Owner role

The person who signs up owns the business account and has full access to every module and setting.

  • Invite your team by phone or email and give each person a role: Admin, Accountant, Sales, Purchase & Inventory, HR Manager or Employee self-service.
  • Create custom roles by duplicating a system role and changing its view, manage and approve permissions.
  • Read the audit log to see who created, changed or cancelled what.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I check the business from my phone?

Yes. Every screen in SimpleERP works on a 360 px phone browser, including the dashboard, approvals and reports. There is no app to install.

Where do the dashboard numbers come from?

From posted documents only. Sales come from posted invoices, dues from invoices less receipts, and profit from the ledger, so nobody types a total that could be wrong.

Can I stop staff from seeing profit or salaries?

Yes. Each member gets a role, and a role decides which modules and actions they can use. The seeded Sales role, for example, cannot open the ledger, payroll or settings.

Can my CA work in the same books?

Yes. Invite your CA by phone or email with the Accountant role. They get the ledger, payments, bills, GST reports and the lock date, without having to ask you for exports.

Does adding staff cost more?

Each person who signs in is one user: Premium is priced per user per month after the seven-day free trial. Pending invitations are not charged. See pricing.
