SimpleERP pricing is simple: a 7-day free trial of every module with no card, then one Premium plan at ₹1,500 per user per month, billed on a GST invoice. There is no checkout; you contact us and we activate the plan over a call.

Activation
There is no checkout. You tell us how many people sign in, and we switch Premium on over a call.

Your name, a +91 phone number and a password. One screen for the business name and GSTIN, and the trial starts.
Seven days with everything
Bill, receive stock, run payroll and invite the team. Nothing is held back and no card is asked for.
Tell us how many users
WhatsApp, call or email us, or send the request from Settings › Plan & billing inside the product. A user is anyone who signs in.
We activate the same working day
We confirm the number of users and the period over a call and switch Premium on. Nobody re-enters anything.
You get a GST tax invoice
₹1,500 per user per month, billed in rupees with GST, for the period agreed. Add users later and we adjust the next invoice.
FAQ
Straight answers about users, the trial, GST and leaving.
Yes. Premium is ₹1,500 per user per month, counted on active members: every person who signs in to the business with a role, including the owner. Pending invitations and suspended members are not charged. Three people billing from one shop pay for three users, and your accountant who signs in is a fourth.
A member of the business with their own login, whatever their role: Owner, Admin, Accountant, Sales, Purchase & Inventory, HR Manager, Employee self-service or a custom role. Employees who are only on the payroll and never sign in are not users. Suspend someone and they stop counting.
After 7 days the business pauses: sign-in still works, but the screens wait until Premium is active. Nothing is deleted. Contact us with the number of users and we activate the same working day, and everything is exactly where you left it. Export every report to CSV once you are active.
Yes. Premium is activated for a number of users. When the team grows, tell us and we add seats and adjust the next invoice. When someone leaves, suspend or remove them in Settings › Members and the seat is free for the next person.
Yes. Premium is billed in rupees on a GST tax invoice, with GST charged as the law requires. A GST-registered business can usually claim input tax credit on it; your accountant can confirm whether that applies to you. The trial has nothing to invoice.
Yes. Every report exports to CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, including the sales and purchase registers, GST and HSN summaries and the payroll register, and so do the product list, stock and the account ledger. Settings exports members, roles, branches, tax rates, the chart of accounts and the audit log. Invoices and payslips print as A4 or PDF.
