Who we are

SimpleERP is ERP software for small businesses, operated by [Company legal name], with its registered office at [Registered address], India. You can reach us through the contact page.

Your account

• You sign up with your name, a mobile number and a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your login.
• The person who creates a business is its first owner. Owners decide who else can access the business and with which role.
• Give us accurate details. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

Using SimpleERP

Use SimpleERP for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• try to access another business's data or break the security of the service
• overload the service, probe it for weaknesses or get round its rate limits
• use it to store or send unlawful content, or to issue documents you know to be false
• resell or rebrand the service without a written agreement with us

SimpleERP helps you prepare invoices, registers and reports. You remain responsible for your tax filings, statutory payments and the accuracy of what you enter. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Your data

• The business records you enter are yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
• You can export your data to CSV at any time from the reports, the product and stock lists, the account ledger and Settings, and print any document as A4 or PDF.
• If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your business data within a reasonable period, except what we must keep by law.

Fees

Every new business gets a 7-day free trial with no card. After it, the Premium plan is ₹1,500 per user per month, counted on active members and billed in rupees on a GST tax invoice for the period agreed with you in writing. We activate the plan when you ask us to; nothing is charged without your agreement. We will give you at least 30 days' notice in writing before a price change. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SimpleERP available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We improve the product over time and may change or retire features; when a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using SimpleERP and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, after notice where that is reasonable, and we will give you a chance to export your data unless the law prevents it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over [Registered address]. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first.

Grievances and contact

For complaints under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, write to our grievance officer at simpleerpsoftware@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. For anything else, use the contact page.
