Refund policy

The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund

The first 7 days are free. No card is taken at sign-up, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund.

Premium

Premium is ₹1,500 per user per month, activated for a number of users and a period agreed with you in writing. The agreement sets the period, the number of users and how refunds work for it. Where it says nothing different, the rules below apply.

When you can get money back

• Charged in error. If you are charged twice or for something you did not agree to, we refund the full amount.
• We cannot deliver. If we fail to provide what the agreement covers and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
• You cancel. You can cancel at any time. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded unless your agreement says otherwise, and you keep access until the period ends.

How to ask for a refund

   Use the contact page or write to simpleerpsoftware@gmail.com with your business name and the invoice concerned.

   We acknowledge your request within 2 working days and tell you what we will do.

   We pay

   Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

Your data either way

Whatever happens with a plan, you can export your data to CSV before you leave. See the terms of service for how closing an account works, and the privacy policy for how long data is kept.
