Every member gets a role, and every role sees only what it needs. Read the page for whoever will open SimpleERP first each morning.
- The owner signs up and gets full access. Everyone else is invited by phone or email.
- Custom roles start as a copy of a ready-made role, so a person who does two jobs can have both.
- Team members are unlimited, so there is no reason to share logins.

Which roles come with SimpleERP?
Every business starts with seven system roles: Owner, Admin, Accountant, Sales, Purchase & Inventory, HR Manager and Employee self-service. System roles stay fixed; to change access, duplicate one in Settings › Roles and adjust its view, manage and approve permissions.
Does each person need a separate licence?
Each person who signs in is one user on the Premium plan, priced per user per month after the free trial. Invite people by phone or email and give each one a role; see pricing.
Can one person have two roles?
A member has one role, but you can build a custom one. Duplicate the Sales role, add the purchase permissions, and give it to the person who does both jobs.
Can employees use SimpleERP without seeing the business's numbers?
Yes. The Employee self-service role sees only that person's own attendance, leave, payslips and expense claims.
